We’re happy to report that the chickens are laying. Not perfect timing as we are no longer at the Farmer’s Market however I don’t mind dropping off deliveries when I’m in Belleville. They are always fresh with a nice bright orange yolk as the chickens are still enjoying what the fresh out doors has to offer.
